Clean Room Manufacturing Process
All Advangene products are manufactured from 100% virgin resin. Only virgin materials are used during production in order to avoid the presence of contaminants and to maintain molding consistency. Plastic waste from Advangene products is recycled but is never used to produce our products.

Producing high quality laboratory ware requires tight molding tolerances, rigorous maintenance schedules, and clean and highly polished molds. Advangene in-house quality control procedures have been extended to tool-making and tool maintenance. To ensure that the injection molding process is reliable and that the molded parts are of the finest quality, the molding tools are designed, manufactured, operated and maintained to the highest possible standards.

Advangene plastic consumables are molded, produced, and assembled in a clean room environment, and all operators are required to wear gowns, gloves, facemasks, and hairnets. A sophisticated filtration system in the clean room removes particulates, including bacterial cells from the atmosphere. Our clean room injection molding facility is designed to guarantee production of RNase and DNase-free consumables.

Advangene products are inspected during the whole manufacturing process, and samples are taken from each production line every half hour for detailed inspection, recording, and archiving. Inspectors look for possible molding defects and compare each product to standardized samples to guarantee perfect product integrity and overall consistency among batches.
